Presentation
ICYLS (International club of young lapaoscopic surgeons) is a collegial group created in the summer of 2002, when fellows from Europe, Asia, and the Americas met in the Pr Gagner's team, at the Minimally Invasive Surgery Center at Mount Sinai (New York, USA).
The aim of this club is to connect young surgeons who are interested in laparoscopic procedures, all around the world.
For this ambitious goal, we organise once a year an international meeting in which experts in laparoscopic surgery and young surgeons can meet them and share their experience in a very cool atmosphere.
Nowadays , more than 200 surgeons coming from 25 differents countries are involved in ICYLS!
This year, ICYLS is honoured to oraganize the international congress in New York december 2010. Call for abstract (will come soon).
It will be a good opportunity for us to meet several experimented surgeons and show our motivation to improve our skills and our knowledge.
Furthermore, a new ICYLS web site has been created (www.icyls.com).
Propositions of fellowship in great laparoscopic teams, Video of laparoscopic procedures, subscription for congress, and many others opportunities are available (and free) on line.
